Don't ask me
where I'll be,
behind a cowling
shaped by the wind
Because I'm burning,
yearning to be free,
the cold can't touch me,
Pull away now,
chirp from my tyres,
as they're turning
with internal fires,
I've got a smile for
all you sweet girls
on winter's greasy roads.
Greasy roads...

Thanks Sheri,
This time of year, in England the sun is kind of 'watery' but 'luminous' (seems so and after the darkness of winter) and these past couple of days it's been making me want to get out into the world (as opposed to hiding away from the weather in front of the fire!)

Is the weather clearing up for you guys already? We had a little snow recently, and a clear and sunny day, then more chilly. Old man winter isn't giving up the ghost yet.

I like it Biker - 'shaped by the wind' is such a vivid image of a vulnerable unprotected body going at speed on a motorbike
also love the last verse- carefree on the open road
