I don't think so.
All the photos that were taken during that concert are showing Jim with his pants on.
They accused him with the lack of evidences and I think his appeal would be accepted and if he had lived he would come back home to USA.

I believe the appeal would have been upheld as well.

I agree.
The whole trial  was funny because of the statements that were made by the prosecutor. Jim admit that he was drunk during that concert, yet he wasn't accused because of the drunken behavior in the public but because of exposing himself, even though they didn't had evidences for that.
It must have been really hard for him.

I was more thinking if he was found guilty.

Anyways, sometimes I wonder how long it would have taken for him to have a "Pardon" if he would be alive today.

Convicted of only misdemeanor charges as he was Jim could not have been extradited from another state. All he would have had to have done was kiss the appeal bail goodbye and stayed out of Florida forever. Judge Goodman realized this when he set his bond at a whopping $50,000, which probably has to be a standing record for a misdemeanor bond.

That filthy impersonator should be taken out and shot. Come to think of it that ain't Pam in the background, it looks more like Marianne Faithful.
