Themis is a database soon to be launched by 'The Two Brothers' (appears to be some kind of 'para-government' or something?) run by two self-styled US oligarchs. One of these oligarchs quoted saying its for "the mother of all wars" within the USA (presumably against any people arbitrarily seen as 'internal foes?).
(whatever, interesting use of THEMIS name & of information technology)

I wish I was a secretive oil billionaire!
That's a strange thing though- to be both a contributor to the right wing agenda, anti-government and involved in the Tea Party. Personally, that tea party group makes me nervous; I always imagined it could erupt into civil war. Maybe it's just the name that makes me associate it to the Boston Tea Party and the following war v England.
